This fall, Amwins Underwriting kicked off its talent-development program, L.A.U.N.C.H. (Leadership, Aptitude, Underwriting Principles, Networking, Culture and Hands-On). Five participants spent eleven weeks learning about all things insurance + Amwins to become well-equipped for a future in underwriting. Last week, they graduated from the program and are getting ready to launch into their operating companies full-time!

We're proud and excited to see what our L.A.U.N.C.H. graduates will achieve as they continue to grow and lead with impact. 🚀

Earlier this month, we welcomed 24 new participants into our Broker Development Program (BDP) in Charlotte!

This bi-annual event brought together 80 participants and more than 60 facilitators, brokers, and support teammates from across the country, making the experience truly impactful. Amwins’ BDP is designed to elevate participants’ sales strategies, leadership capabilities, and business acumen through hands-on networking and interactive training sessions — guided by our seasoned brokers and dedicated Brokerage Support Team.

We were honored to welcome members of our Executive and Brokerage Leadership Teams, introduce a new AI for Broker Success session, and hear inspiring insights from our Vice Chair, Skip Cooper.

We’re excited by the energy and commitment as we invest in developing brokers’ skills and leadership for the future.
