Transformation in the making......
We recently purchased another mobile home. Right next door to the one we just finished and sold in Crouse, NC. Bandit signs work! This one is a doozey!!! I never rehabbed one with this much junk and trash. On my goodness! I still can't believe someone was living here. Gross!!
A wholesaler, saw my sign and asked if I was interested in the house next door. Yes!
Since August, we have been transforming it. Graded and cleared the over growth, removed all the trash (A Lot of trash!) demo'd everything, installed a new roof, siding, walls, floors, front porch, back deck, doors and windows. Drywall is getting finished up this week. It is amazing the difference. We love being able to bring homes back to livable condition. We have a great team who is getting it done.

We made a lot of progress this week. And wow! what a difference. This mobile home has come a long way from not being livable to a beautiful fully rehabbed home. Recently, the ceilings and walls were painted, cabinets, vanities installed and flooring installed yesterday.
Now to get all the trim work done and final details.
