EXCITING NEWS: Our amazing partners at Investor Management Services are now apart of the RealPage, Inc. family!

What does this mean for us? BIG THINGS, THAT’S WHAT! With RealPage acquiring IMS, they will be able to use their combined capabilities to market the industry’s “first and only fully integrated asset and investment management platform”. RealPage will retain IMS employees and keep operations in Charlotte and Raleigh.
Alan James, Senior Vice President of Financial Services at RealPage states that “the vision is to take everything that IMS offers and Integrate it into the current RealPage Asset Investment Management platform (AIM). “ He says since IMS services the investors and RealPage deals with more asset management, it’s pretty much a no-brainer for the two to join forces. “We are not just focusing on the real assets…. We want to be the service provider and solution provider across all alternative asset classes”
