Those fantastic moments...
Decades ago, brokers who started using the internet replaced those who wouldn't. Soon, brokers starting to use Ai will replace those who wouldn't. And someday, Ai might even replace brok...ummm... Lets not go there yet... Today is one of "those fantastic moments" to join the change.
This morning, OpenClaw greeted me with: "If it's repetitive, I'll automate it; if it's hard, I'll bring jokes and a rollback plan. Let's start working!" [quote by OpenClaw] .This is one of "those fantastic moments" where Ai affected my mood. It turned on my energy and mindset for the day !
I teach Ai for Brokers and several real estate training courses (non-CE), and sponsor and mentor agents. My passion for real estate is rewarded by those moments when clients eyes light up when we get high offers, when their faces express joy and hope when we find the right property or restaurant to buy, and when I read the happy emotional texts or the great pictures we take at the closing table ! Yes, "those fantastic moments" !
Not just clients, but "those fantastic moments" happen with brokers as well: as I was typing this post, I got a call from a very happy broker thanking me for guiding in a complex transaction the broker closed recently... This is actually such a weird coincidence that I have goosebumps ! Are we living in a reality or in an illusion where Ai spies on us and changes the world (or shows ads, hmm hmm) ?
