Bringing everyone together in one place is never just about the agenda. This week, our staff gathered in Charlotte for department and company-wide meetings, but what stood out most was the energy from being together. From thoughtful discussions at the office to reconnecting off-site after work (complete with a magician who kept us guessing), it was a reminder that connection is what fuels good work. Along the way, Murphy, our unofficial Chief Happiness Officer, made his rounds, bringing a little extra delight in only the way he can.

We talk often about being human-centered. Moments like this are how that shows up, by investing time, attention, and care in one another.
