Sometimes the best team meetings happen outside the meeting room. We recently took ours on the road with a funny bus tour through the neighborhoods around our Charlotte headquarters. There were plenty of laughs, stories shared, and time to simply enjoy being together outside of work. And taking the time to connect strengthens the relationships that help us work better together.

A little laughter and time away from our desks goes a long way. Thanks to everyone who made it such a fun afternoon!
