Not quite completed but I’m enjoying all the small wins and finishing up on this one. My first Apartment and it’s almost been 10 months to get it rented out. Not the idea timeline that I wanted but the big picture and the next 5-10 years is what’s motivated me to see it through.

Inflation is here and it’s here for the foreseeable future. If you have rental properties hold on to them because the rent grow in the next 2/3 years is going to be crazy. More people will chose to rent that buy in the next few years. Get in the game!

Rough walkthrough of the latest Gastonia property. Quick fixer upper! These little houses are great rentals but with the housing market still strong the opportunity to sell and make a good profit has to be an option too.

Originally this kitchen couldn’t fit more than three people at a time. We decided to tear down a wall to give it an open floor plan feel. We also removed the peninsula and make an actual island.
