A common response I get when asking people about life insurance is "I'm good, I have it through work.". What happens 7 years down the line when you switch jobs and they don't provide you with life insurance? You now have to purchase your own and you're 7 years older which makes it more expensive. Before Covid19, 70% of Americans did not have $1000 in savings. That percentage is probably higher now. Where does a person turn if they get sick or injured?
