I am looking for realtors in North Carolina that have experience in representing investors with submitting offers to dated, original, ugly or distressed properties that have either been sitting on the MLS for 20 days or more, or are unlistable.
Right now, we are submitting 15+ offers per day on the MLS, and are getting 3-4 under contract weekly.
