Business Spotlight: AmVets Post 37 - Central City, is locally owned and operated on a non-profit basis - established in 1946 and operating as a non-profit since 1963, this is a beloved town favorite and boy do they know how to give back! In addition to being a *huge* part of the annual 4th of July and Holiday on Main celebrations, they host or help with events that benefit the Eastern Iowa Honor Flight, deliver free Thanksgiving & Christmas meals, are partners in the Central City Salutes flag program, send care packages to the military... trust me, the list of what this amazing organization does for our community is *extensive*!!
Case in point, on February 22nd they are hosting yet *another* free meal for veterans and first responders! See the flyer below.
