Last week I closed 2 reverse mortgages. One was for a gentleman who lived independently at 80+ years young. His only income was from social security, and he was struggling to make ends meet. He owns him home- no mortgage. I know the reverse will give him a sense of relief and some financial security now. I am so glad I was able to help!

The other one was for a couple that also owned their home free and clear and used the line of credit for additional financial assets to pull from as they need it. Again, the reverse mortgage will allow them to have another "bucket" to pull from. Did I mention, they won't be paying any taxes on the funds they receive?

This is a great program and can truly help give senior homeowners another option to a gain some financial security.
