I teach California Real Estate Contracts, Forms & Disclosures and actively participate on the Sacramento Association of Realtors’ Education Committee, as well as various state and national committees, advocating for legislative, ethical, and policy advancements. Outside of my professional endeavors, I am a proud Thin Blue Line Mom of a female officer, a devoted grandmother to four grandsons, and a caretaker to three cherished pets. Just finished this book; I very much enjoyed this read. Litman aims to bridge the gap between legal jargon and public understanding. She urges readers not only to see how the Court reached this position but also to understand how democratic engagement—voting, organizing, civic awareness—can help counteract its partisan tilt. In short, in my opinion, Lawless is a deeply researched, sharply written and engagingly humorous exposé of a Supreme Court she views as operating on grievance-based politics—posing a challenge to democracy and civil rights, but also highlighting how citizens can respond.

My prior 20 yr. career in the legal field in Real Estate, Corporate & Criminal Law and Estate Planning gave me a foundation to build my business to include my last 16 yrs. as a Realtor in the Greater Sacramento area. I would be Honored to be YOUR Real Estate Partner! I am a Master Certified Foreclosure Agent & Master Certified Contract Negotiator. While our market does not current trend with these property types, with this skill-set & knowledge of negotiating, I intend to continue ensuring every Buyer, Seller and Investor have their transaction handled with ethical integrity.
