I am not seeing multiple offers and homes are sitting on the market longer, price reductions as well. This is the PERFECT time to ask the seller to cover all of your closing costs as part of your offer. Let's talk to see if your qualifications are in line with buying a home.

The company I do my loans through has a a killer "put your money where your mouth is" campaign! We can beat any price you can find in the market OR you get $2,000! Not a bad bet! If you are looking to buy or refinance, (except for some weird reason in WA state....) let me compete for your business. If you choose the other lender and their price is better you land 2k in your pocket. Means it is doubtful in my opinion. Most loan types are ok. Conventional, FHA, VA. Not jumbo or non conforming.
