Flashback to one of our favorite flips: the historic H.N. Clark House in Springfield, MA. This stunning 1904 Colonial Revival still looks incredible years later—beautifully stewarded, full of original character (inlaid hardwood floors, pocket doors, and front porch!), and a true standout on the block right next to Dr. Seuss’s childhood home. Nothing better than seeing homeowners continue to enjoy the home we restored long after we handed over the keys. Love this one.

The proposed State of Florida homestead tax relief bill (Amendment 3) will go to voters for a final decision during the FL general election on November 3, 2026.

The FL state legislature has already passed the measure; it now requires 60% of voter approval to become FL law. A more crystalized explanation of the proposal can be found below:

Progress Update On One Of Our Builds:

- Septic installed, inspected & covered
- Well Drilled
- Rough yard grade in place
- Culvert installed & inspected
- Soffit, gutters, downspouts, & final exterior paint done
- 1st coat of paint on interior walls, Ceilings, closets and trim paint finished.

Time to finish the pool scape lanai, get the driveway in, then sod + final landscaping!

Progress check! Stuccoing is truly an art form – those skilled hands make it look effortless. Inside, sheetrock is up and the crew is deep in the mud/tape phase, knocking down to that perfect final texture. Moving right along!

Here's a quick update on our nearly finished new home in beautiful Cape Coral, Florida!

After months of hard work, this modern gray beauty is looking incredible under today's blue skies. The exterior paint is done, the paver driveway is shining, and landscaping is coming together nicely.

We're just down to the final inspections and a short punch list — can't wait to cross those off and call it officially complete!
