Thank you to Rob Wolf, NMLS # 2802834, Mortgage Consultant with Pursuit Lending Group, NMLS # 2334 , for speaking at yesterdays ystark Sunrise Session hosted by the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank.

Rob walked us through the home buying journey, from getting pre-approved to closing day, while breaking down common misconceptions that often keep people from taking the first step.

Rob shared why the number 5,280 is important to him and his team. It's the number of feet in a mile, serving as a reminder to always go the extra mile for every client. Outside of work, Rob enjoys staying active through running, basketball, and ultimate frisbee.

One of Rob's favorite parts of his work is helping people who aren't quite ready to buy a home. Whether it's improving a credit score or creating a personalized plan, he enjoys helping future homebuyers take the right steps today so they're ready when the time comes.

One of the highlights of the morning was Rob's interactive mortgage quiz, where attendees worked together to test their knowledge on topics like down payments, pre-approvals, closing costs, and the financial decisions that can impact buying a home. The activity sparked great conversations as many young professionals look to by their first home, and reinforced that asking questions early can save time, money, and stress later.
