Remote Work Opportunity – Collections Training Program

Advanced Capital Solutions has been operating since 2012. We are looking for people interested in joining our next collections training program. This is a fully remote position.

This is a performance-based job. If you perform well, you will make money. The people who do best in this industry are competitive, motivated, and able to communicate effectively.

This job is not for everyone. You need to be able to handle difficult conversations, stay calm under pressure, and not take things personally. Thick skin and negotiation skills go a long way in this industry.

We are mainly looking for people with at least 3 years of experience in:

Customer service
Sales
Bartending/hospitality
Banking
Call centers

Other phone-heavy or people-facing jobs

You do not need collection experience. Many good collectors come from jobs where they already know how to talk to people, handle objections, and work in fast-paced environments.
