A civil case, set for trial in the 294th District Court on Monday, August 18, 2025, has reached a settlement agreement today.

If you received a jury summons from the District Court for Monday, August 18, 2025 at 8:30 AM, you are no longer required to report to the Van Zandt County Courthouse.

You are excused from your summons and no further action is necessary on your part.
