These calls and letters are almost always from brokers operating at an out-of-state call center. These brokers are after a quick buck by changing your plan and you will not be able to contact them in the future if you have questions about your plan or need help with billing or claims.

🌺DO NOT GIVE YOUR MEDICARE NUMBER OR OTHER PERSONAL INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE!

🌺IF A CALLER SAYS THEY ARE WORKING WITH/FOR YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY, CHANCES ARE, THEY ARE NOT- THEY ARE TRYING TO TAKE YOU AWAY FROM YOUR BROKER. TELL THEM YOU WILL CALL YOUR BROKER TO REVIEW YOUR PLAN/OPTIONS.
