I just wanted to share that Town Pump is once again running their annual matching program this month through the end of November to support our local food banks. They do this every year, but this year it’s especially important — many families will be struggling even more with SNAP benefits not being funded.

I encourage everyone to donate whatever you can — Town Pump will match every dollar! 💙

I’ve been focusing on getting stronger 💪 – physically and mentally. Working out at home with my kettlebell and resistance bands has been a great outlet, and I’m slowly building consistency. It’s a good reminder that progress isn’t instant, but it’s worth it. What’s something you’ve been working on lately?
