We were excited to welcome the Des Moines County CEO Leadership Class back to F&M Bank & Trust this morning!

During their visit, students had the opportunity to hear from several members of the F&M team and learn more about their career paths, roles at the bank, and the many different opportunities available in the banking industry. We wrapped up the morning with a tour of the bank, including a look inside our vault!

We’re proud to support the Des Moines County CEO and appreciate the opportunity to connect with these future leaders, share our experiences, and give them a behind-the-scenes look at community banking.

Each month, an F&M Bank & Trust department gets the opportunity to select a local nonprofit to support. This month, our West Burlington Drive-Up team chose Build A Bed!

Build A Bed has custom built more than 280 full-size and bunk beds for families in need and they’re not stopping anytime soon!

We’re proud to provide a monetary donation to help with rising lumber costs and wherever the need is greatest.

Supporting local organizations doing great things in our community is what community banking is all about. 💙
