He has worked as a software engineer at multiple early-stage startups and has a background in Applied Mathematics and Statistics.

At Sparrow, Eric focuses on turning complicated claims processes into clear, client-friendly software. And we're happy to have him on the team!

If you’re making a claim for a family member who has passed, you’ll need a photo of their death certificate.

If you don’t have it, here’s what we recommend:

1. Ask family | someone may already have a copy

2. Call the funeral home | they often keep records on file

3. Order from the state’s Vital Records office | usually available online
