📣 NABIP is advocating for commonsense solutions to lower prescription drug costs.

In response to a Senate Finance Committee RFI, NABIP outlined priorities to improve prescription drug affordability while protecting Medicare beneficiaries’ access, coverage stability, and choice.

Our recommendations include:

💊 Developing a durable strategy for Part D premium stability
💊 Protecting beneficiaries from disruptive formulary changes
💊 Increasing transparency and accountability across the prescription drug supply chain
💊 Removing contractual barriers that prevent plans from pursuing lower-cost options
