At Mortgage Solutions Financial we specialize in helping men and women with lower credit scores and payment history issues get approved for a home loan!

The way we do this is by lending exactly to the FHA, USDA, and VA guidelines with little to no overlays. An overlay is something lenders/banks can add as an additional requirement to a guideline. For example: Per FHA guidelines the minimum credit score that can be approved for a loan is 500 but most banks require a 660 or above. (That is an overlay) We at mortgage solutions use our firms own money to lend, that is how we are able to lend directly to the guidelines & take on more risk.

VA: NO MINIMUM CREDIT SCORE
USDA: NO MINIMUM CREDIT SCORE (Rural Loans)
FHA: Down to 500
