We are now able to offer the new Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac loan limits early, allowing us to honor the new limits and close loans using them now!

Avoid the Jumbo Loan!

The new Supreme Lending Conventional Loan Limit is now $845,000, giving your buyers more purchasing power while potentially allowing them to avoid the higher requirements and costs associated with Jumbo financing.

If you have a client who is looking at a higher-priced home, let’s see if we can structure the loan using the new conventional loan limits.
