Someone left a casino and destroyed two lives in 10 seconds…

This happened near my house - someone left a casino and ran into a car doing 85 mph. The car was sitting at a stoplight. Ejected the girl from the car, ejected the guy. He lived. She died.

Here's the part that will break your heart: He had just gotten cleared to give her his kidney and they just got engaged.

All you bartenders and servers out there - cut people off. It actually feels good to cut people off. They get pissy, but it feels good because you might be saving lives.
Alcohol might have lower jail time than other drugs, but it's the one substance that mainly ends people's run and puts them in jail. You have no train of thought, no idea what you're doing.

Don't do drugs. Don't drink and drive. The consequences go way beyond just you.

When my mom was in the courtroom with me when I went to jail, looking back at her knowing I was getting cuffed - it's embedded in my head forever.

I worked at Mohegan Sun Casino and saw it all. But you know what's crazy? The people who judge drug addicts the hardest are usually the ones with their own vices.
Maybe they can't put their phone down. Maybe they blow their paycheck on designer clothes. Maybe they stress eat every night. The addiction looks different, but the compulsion is the same.

The king of the streets is destroying lives faster than ever before

Fentanyl is literally in EVERYTHING now. We're seeing people overdose all across the country because this drug is being mixed with xylazine (zombie drug) that eats flesh.

If you've seen the pictures from Kensington Ave in Philadelphia, you know what I'm talking about. Arms and legs rotting away. It's about to get hot outside and it's literally going to smell like a rotting meat factory.

Fentanyl carries 10 years to life in prison. The sentences are getting stiffer because of how deadly this stuff is.

I've turned my life around and I'm here to educate you. If you have kids, TALK TO THEM. One mistake, one peer pressure moment, one stupid decision and your child could be dead.

I work with people every single day, and I'm telling you - EVERY person I meet has someone in their circle dealing with substance abuse. Your coworker, your neighbor, your family member, that friend who's been "partying too much" lately.

We're living in a crisis and pretending it's normal. Fentanyl is literally in everything now. People are dying from what they think is a harmless pill. I've seen entire communities destroyed by this epidemic.

The scariest part? Most people don't even realize how close it is to them until it's too late. Until they get that phone call. Until they're planning a funeral instead of an intervention.

Imagine this - you finish a crazy work week, you roll up what you think is just w**d, you take a hit, lean back, and fade out forever from a fentanyl overdose.

Tell me we don't have a problem when Narcan is sold next to groceries in aisle seven.

35,000 people die from m**h overdoses every year. But right now? Fentanyl is the real killer.

We die from sickness. We die from old age. We die from accidents. Why the hell are we dying from drugs?

Every major city's first responders aren't responding to emergencies anymore - they're responding to overdoses. It's become so common that pharmacies stock Narcan like it's aspirin.

There's so much fentanyl killing people right now that it needs to stop being a whispered conversation and start being a screamed warning.
