Why "FULL COVERAGE" should be ditched βπ
Someone came to me a few days ago, said they were paying "X" amount for their auto insurance elsewhere, was bragging about how cheap their policy was for "full coverage"
The guy showed me his current policy to look over to get my opinion. His coverage was garbage but he had no idea...
- Low liability limits (lawsuit waiting to happen)
- $2500 deductible for comp & collision claims on two older vehicles that were barely worth $6K to replace
- No rental reimbursement, roadside service, or towing
Put yourself in his shoes. You've been driving around for years thinking you have "full coverage" for a low price when in reality his coverage sucked and he's lucky he hasn't had a claim
When I explained what his policy actually meant, he was FLOORED. I was able to help him get far better coverage for his situation for a fair price
"Full coverage" is a term that needs to be ditched... Every policy has its limits, exclusions, and conditions
Have you had yours reviewed this year?
