I initially began the process pre-qualification process with a different lender. After disussions with some loved ones, it was suggested that I talk with 1 or 2 other lenders to make sure I've chosen the right fit (considering this is one of the biggest purchases and decisions I'd be making in life). I was told several horror stories of others falling out of escrow due to their lenders at the last minute. Vivian was the 3rd person i contacted and I knew within the first phone call she was the person I wanted to work with. She's extremely knowledgenable and was able to explain the extremely daunting process to me in a way that I could understand it. She was honest and trustworthy. She was extremely responsive around the clock anytime I had questions and was always working to make Sure things were moving for me. We were even able to close escrow early because she had everything perfectly handled and lined up and approved for me. I am absolutely grateful for Vivians guidance through this process and highly recommend anyone going into this process to reach out to her
