BrüFrou is Colorado’s marque craft beer and culinary event for foodies who appreciate the nuances of expertly prepared combinations. BrüFrou features 40-paired Front Range breweries and eateries. The one-day event highlights new micro-breweries as well as perennial favorites paired with unique chef creations.

Sample uniquely curated food and brewed pairings hosted in a 1939 built WWII era hangar in the heart of the nostalgic Lowry Community of Denver. Socialize and enjoy DJ selections that amplify the vibe and elevate your experience.

CHEFS COLLABORATIVE 2015

Idea Trading Company was proud to partner with Chefs Collaborative on their 2014 Sustainable Food Summit.

Chefs Collaborative works to fix our broken food system by engaging chefs in a network that inspires and educates them to change how they source, cook, and serve food.

From Sept. 28-30, more than 350 chefs and food professionals gathered in Boulder, CO for three days of networking, learning, and hands-on sessions focused on “Moving Mountains. Scaling Change.”
