I am not sure why, but I feel especially humbled by this accomplishment this year. Maybe it is because of all the challenges that real estate (lack of inventory), mortgage (interest rates), and insurance (premium increases) faced in 2023. When things get difficult, it can be easy to focus on the task at hand rather than to continue to think of your referral partners. I cannot express my gratitude enough to everyone who has supported my since I started at William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance six and half years ago, but especially this past year. I also am thankful to work for a company that has provided me with opportunity after opportunity to grow and move forward along my career path. Thank you to everyone who continues to play such a critical role in my success!

Grateful! What is a CAT claim? A CAT claim is a claim that is the result from a recognized catastrophic weather event. The frigid conditions from the weekend of February 3rd through February 5th have been deemed a catastrophic weather event which is great news for consumers! Many insurance carriers do not penalize/surcharge policies for CAT claims. If you had a claim from that weekend and are not sure how your homeowner's policy will be impacted, contact me and we can figure it out together.
