Knight Johnny demanded that I lower my rates on purchases....

As the owner of a mortgage brokerage, I personally set my commissions with the lenders that I work. That directly affects the rates that I am able to offer. Having low overhead, and not having boss reach into my pocket, allows me to set my rates very aggressively.
