Kimberly Joy NMLS 2174999 Entrepreneur | licensed to lend in 42 states Growing up, Kimberly Joy lived in Korea, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania.

She remembers the excitement in her mom’s eyes when she knew a particular house was "the one." As an adult, she has lived in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Connecticut. When searching for the place to call home, she recalled the energy and emotion that her parents would have when selling and buying the next place to build memories. Kimberly's passion is helping others achieve success, whether it be p

ersonally or professionally. Bringing people together to achieve the goal desired is her priority in all that she does. Kimberly graduated from Penn State University with a BS in Accounting and practiced as a CPA in Pennsylvania and Delaware focused on financial audit, operations, and strategy. She co-founded, operated, and managed a woman-owned professional services small business, which was named Woman-Owned Small Business of the Year by the Connecticut Small Business Administration. Kimberly has found her "JOY" in the mortgage industry. For many, buying a house is the largest financial decision they will make in their lifetime. Kimberly understands this and prioritizes communication and education to provide a smooth transaction. Her clients are treated with the same level of service and respect that she would want her own family to experience. Combining her experience as a CPA and S Corporation owner and the strength of Waterstone Mortgage, Kimberly and her team welcome the opportunity to guide you to the closing table in the purchase of your new home, second home, or investment property. Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places, supporting small businesses, and visiting anywhere she can sink her toes in the sand and enjoy a sunset on the beach.

♥️🤍💙 sharing an experience I had today that I will hold in my heart forever. I had the great honor of meeting Paulie this morning in Chaplin, CT. Paulie left Boston on Sunday, August 18 to begin his fourth Push in honor and memory of the heroes of American Flight 11, the first aircraft to be hijacked on September 11 and the one that sweet Jeannie Roger was a flight attendant.

I met Jeannie at Van Buren Point on Lake Erie in NY where we would both go in the summers and stayed in houses two doors from each other. Jeannie had a smile and laugh that could light up a room and make anyone around her happy. She received a degree from Penn State University ~of course the best university 😊 in environmental and worked in the industry for a short time before she found her love as a flight attendant.

Jeannie lived her 24 years of life in a way we all should strive to achieve. On September 10, Jeannie celebrated her boyfriend, Kevin’s 30th birthday and the message she wrote to him is the Jeannie I will always remember ~ “May you have love, happiness and peace of mind because really, everything else just comes and goes”

Being a fairly new flight attendant, less than a year, Jeannie was on a rotation for standby. She had to be at the airport at 6.30 am in case she was needed, that morning someone called in sick and so she joined the flight crew.

Though we all can wish Jeannie was not on that plane, I believe she was the presence her crew members and the passengers needed and were blessed to have Jeannie with them.

Jeannie’s dad, Tom Roger, was instrumental in the development of the 9/11 Memorial in NYC.

If you are in CT or NY, please consider meeting or cheering Paulie along his path to the 9/11 memorial.

September is PrimeLending Community Care Month and it would mean the world to me and the Roger family if you were to consider donating to Paulies mission of honoring his fallen co-workers and supporting their families.
