I would like to see some comments from Realtors and home sellers around the country concerning their experiecne closing short sales. I daho is now listed as the 5th highest foreclosure rate. We have closed more than 100 short sales. Some easy. Some very hard.

John Boles and I have closed 100 short sales for sellers. I am involved with trying to get a short sale closed with another listing agent. The bank is an easy one in our experience but we are going on 8 months! That is ridiculous. More ridiculous this is a "negotiating expert" "Certified Short Sale Expert." Most short sales fail because the listing agents don't have a clue how to close a short sale. Weekend seminars and "certifications" are meaningless in this business. Experience experience experience. The three E's of short sale. If any of you agents who read this have short sale clients I invite you to send them to us and sit back and get a good referral fee.
