Heey, Jess here, founder of RCS 🙋🏼‍♀️ it's been a hot minute and I wanted to pop on and say hey!

In 2019 I was a newbie dirt biker...and mtn biker and bmxer and now a newbie skier! Being new felt mega lonely and intimidating, and 5 years later, if I'm being honest, it still does!

But one thing I realized early on was how much community and rad connections made it all that much more fun and worth showing up.

Over the years, a lot has changed. Social media has shifted. More women are riding, sharing their experiences and leveling up in life. Whether it's starting families, growing careers or launching businesses...life evolves. *We* evolve.

But the core of RCS hasn't changed. This community isn't just about riding and sending it, it's about bringing women together regardless of where you are at in life. It's about showing up, building confidence, having a place to just be you, while becoming the best version of yourself - in your career, riding, travels and friendships.

Since moving from CT to ID, I've been blown away by the energy of the PNW and am so stoked to meet new women and bring more and more in-person events to the community.

Here's the thing - RCS isn't about being the best...we actually totally embrace mediocrity 😜. It's about having fun, getting outside and making real life connections with rad women that inspire you to level up to becoming the best version of yourself.

If you've ever felt like an outsider, you crave more connection, or you just want to meet more women who cheer you on, RCS is your place 🤘🏻

In 2025 it is my massive goal to bring you all more laughs, more connections, new experiences a community where you feel stoked and inspired to take on new chances and level up.

We will NOT be hiking Wednesday morning (12/18) or Christmas morning. Unfortunately the trails are too wet after all the rain and warmth this week. It'll just get us prepped for a killer New Years Hike though!

never expected life to turn out this way...

She traded in her Ocean City, Maryland life and designer clothes for a one way ticket to Utah and a shared living space with pro snowboarders...before she even snowboarded herself.

Now she's hiking into the backcountry on the daily, chasing competition to competition and sharing with us the biggest sacrifices she has made to live this rad life.

Every Wednesday we meet at 8am at the Seamn's Gulch Trailhead for an easy 45 minute hike.

Hello My Rad Chicas! ✌️

I am stoked to have the opportunity to join forces with bringing a different perspective and experience to this great community she has created!

I am originally from MA, currently living in beautiful NC with 3 amazing dogs! I work full time in the insurance industry and continue to let life’s adventures open new doors and experiences to live life to the fullest! 🤘

A little previous background I used to work, train and compete full time in the equine industry across the east coast. I successfully evented up through preliminary. I owe much of my success and who I am today to an amazing coach and mentor.

It was where I truly started to find myself. I found how passions, motivation, determination and discipline can change your life no matter your past or traumas. ⚡️

The sky’s the limit and having a kickass village can help you through the ups & downs. Showing you that you can achieve anything. Being around likeminded driven women, pushing you to be best version of yourself, can create an unstoppable energy!

So fast forward - I chose to take a break from horses and needed something …

So my fiancé said what about dirtbikes.. and it started a whole new chapter and challenge I have been enjoying ever since! I started on a KX250F, moved to a KTM 250SXF and have been hooked on 🍊 ever since!

It has been quite a journey! I became a sponge to learn as much as possible to improve, excel and be a safe confident rider with the help of ☺️

This has also allowed me to find a love for MTB, BMX and a strong passion for the gym to be fit and strong for life’s adventures!

So to all my rad ladies out there, I can’t wait to learn more about your story and I hope this gives you the confidence to try new things, start new chapters and most of all create new long lasting friendships virtually and IRL when we can meet up! 🤘🤘

Hey rad chicas!! It has been the longest hot minute ever and I have been itching to bring this community back for years now 🖤👇🏻

Back in 2021 my husband had a really bad moto accident that really messed with my head. With everything that came with that accident, I mentally couldn't ride..I didn't want to get hurt, I couldn't afford to get hurt and I just needed to go to work.

It made showing up in this community near impossible.

Last year though, I decided to start my own business and get all my good vibes back. I finally started to feel alive again.

We just got back from a winter of dirt biking, mountain biking and kayaking in FL, I am launching my second business, and girlies, I'm kinda starting to feel on fire again 🔥

I have talked to so many of you and it seems like everyone has been through something, in one way or another, that's forced you to rediscover who you are over these last few years...and maybe some of you are sorting through it still.
..and maybe some of you are as good as ever 🤘🏻

You all are literally the best in all the ways, and I just wanted to remind you of that 🖤

I definitely don't have the time to run this account full time these days buuut I am going to put together a calendar of events to get the girl's back together here in the northeast and out west if I have a chance when I'm out there.

Nothing huge, cause ya girl's spread a bit thin, but I miss the laughs and the community, and I feel like if I do, maybe you do too?

I'm thinking some mountain bike rides, moto days, maybe some mountain hikes or other outdoorsy nonsense?...ya know rad chick sh*t 😉

Last weekend we had our first Rad Chick's Moto Weekend where 13 girls came together, camped out, rode, swam and got lessons from a pro.

The laughs, progressions, connections and good times that came from that event are what Rad Chick's Society is all about 🤘🏻

So stoked on everyone that came, the stoke they brought and the rad times that were had! 🖤⚡️
