A lot of people think getting a mortgage is about answering one question:

"Can I buy this house?"

But some of my favorite conversations start there and end somewhere completely different.

We start talking about future plans, investment opportunities, growing families, long-term goals, and what might be possible a few years down the road.

Sometimes clients come in focused on one transaction and leave with a strategy they hadn't even considered.

That's what I love about this business!

“Addison, should I wait for rates to drop?”

I’ve been hearing some version of that question for years. The truth is, nobody knows exactly where rates will be next month, next quarter, or next year.

What we do know is that rates moved lower this last week, and affordability is showing signs of improvement.

That’s encouraging. But I’ve never believed buying a home should be based on a headline or a prediction. It should be based on your goals, your finances, and your timing.

The buyers who have had the most success over the years weren’t trying to perfectly time the market. They were focused on making the right decision for their situation.

That’s still my advice today. 💯
