This is your sign to book the real estate professional bookkeeper (I pretty much pay for myself!). 🤭

If I had a dollar for every time a real estate professional asked me, "Can I deduct this meal?", I'd be eating steak every night! 🥘

Meals are tricky... the last thing we want is to give the IRS any reason to look at your business more closely.

I'm campaigning for a real estate professional mindset shift ↓

Just because an expense is "nice to have" doesn't mean it's a luxury.

Sound familiar?

It's why you feel like you're spoiling yourself when you make your life easier as a real estate professional, like finally outsourcing your social media.

Could you do it yourself? Sure!!

Does it give you HOURS of your time back to spend on listings?

Definitely.

Too many real estate professional wait waaay too long to get support on things like their bookkeeping.

The most successful real estate professional I work with are the ones who aren't doing it all themselves; they're the ones who reframe spending to buy back their time as a necessity.

I'm now accepting a limited number of new clients so don't wait to reach out about outsourcing your bookkeeping!

So you’re telling me you’ve been Googling all these years when you could’ve just texted an actual bookkeeper?

I’m here for you to ask me the bookkeeping things! I truly love helping business owners understand this stuff.

I’m taking you behind-the-scenes on exactly what I did for one of my real estate professional clients this month ↓

I started by importing and categorizing all of her transactions from her bank account, credit card, and Zelle / Stripe / PayPal deposits 💳

I cleaned up duplicated income from sales commissions + brokerage payouts to make sure we weren’t overstating her revenue.

I reclassified any personal expenses (because yes… that “home staging coffee run” was actually personal 😅) to make sure those didn’t show up on her P&L.

Then, I reconciled (matched) each of her accounts to its most recent statement 🏦

As my final step for every real estate professional, I ran her monthly financial reports, flagged anything that stood out to me (like missing commission deposits or unusual expenses), and sent her a summary email with all of my findings 📊

Every real estate professional deserves to understand exactly what’s happening in their business, especially when income is inconsistent and tied to closings.

I can give that clarity to you, too!

I'm accepting a limited amount of bookkeeping clients, so don't wait to reach out!

April 15th came and went, you filed your taxes, and now you don't have to worry about your bookkeeping until next year...

Yeah, just know I've been kidnapped if you ever hear me say that seriously! 🤨

The *biggest* benefit of good bookkeeping is having up-to-date data to make decisions with all year long.

You still need to know how much money you made in May.

You still need to know where your business is spending the most money.

Treating your bookkeeping like it's optional until next year is exactlyyyy how you end up paying a premium for a last-minute clean-up, iykyk. 🥴

Wait, so you’ve been waiting to hire a bookkeeper because of the cost...

Even though my whole job is to help you understand your money and make tax time 10x easier...

AND you get to write my fees off?! 💸

Sit with that for a sec, then click the link in my bio when it’s sunk in! 😉

Be honest… when was the last time you felt good about your books?

If you’re avoiding them, guessing at numbers, or telling yourself you’ll “deal with it later,” this is your sign to stop carrying that alone.

I’m opening a few new client spots this month for bookkeeping support that actually makes your life easier, not more complicated.

I help business owners and real estate professionals stay organized, tax-ready, and confident in their numbers without the stress, the guessing, or the last-minute panic.

This is a good fit if you’ve been thinking:
“I know this isn’t organized like it should be”.

“I don’t actually know what my numbers are telling me”.

“I just want someone to take this off my plate”.

That’s exactly what I do.
If you’re ready to finally feel on top of your finances again, DM me and I’ll send you the details!

Reviewing these 5️⃣ reports is your May money homework from your favorite bookkeeper →

Side note: this isn't *just* a May thing!

If you're already reviewing these reports every month, you're automatically at the top of my favorites list! 😜

And if you don't have your bookkeeping done enough to run these reports? You know who to call (me, duh!). 📲

The only May to-do list where “stop working on Mother’s Day” is a line item and I will be checking. 🧐

Dads, I need to see you pulling OUT at home on the 10th (don’t worry, your day’s just around the corner!).
