What You'll Do:
Help manage and scale Pluto’s campus ambassador program to another college.
• Brainstorm ways to recruit, hire and manage new ambassadors
• Help develop scalable resources for onboarding and ex*****on
• Develop accountability and performance validation systems around content creation and direct user acquisition micro-tasks
• Implement feedback loops and analyze team performance

Who You Are:
Basic
• Able to work for minimum 15 hours a week
• Able to start ASAP for Fall 2019
• Primarily an iPhone user and active user of Pluto
• At least a junior and current full-time student
• Passionate about empowering students with financial capability at scale
• Proven leader: Held at least 1 org leadership role on campus before
• Real world stints: At least 1 yr experience of B2C digital marketing or growth
• Ambassador veteran: Previous campus brand ambassador experience
• Have created digital content (i.e. blog, videos, social media, etc.)
• Comfortable finding, communicating with and recruiting student strangers
• Data-driven with strong analytical mindset and problem solving skills
• Creative and intuitive thinking with the ability to execute
• Self-starter, unafraid to take ownership, self-accountable
• Customer/user-first mindset with empathy
• Unafraid to ask any questions and voice opinion
• High level of attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Have an eye for design and passion for community-building
Bonus
• At least a senior and current full-time student
• Active on at least 3 of Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat or TikTok
• Have held multiple org leadership roles on campus
• At least 2 yrs experience of B2C digital marketing or growth (ideally have worked with a mobile app startup and marketed to college students)
• Knowledgeable about SEO with planning & implementation experience
