🏡 The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has announced there will be an increase to the maximum conforming loan limits that will apply to conventional loan programs. The new maximum about for a 1-unit conforming loan will be $832,750 for 2026 which is an increase of 3.26% from 2025, which was $806,500.
