–Houses are moving quicker now as we see the spring market heating up

• Months Supply of Inventory: ~2.7 months
– This is the lowest months of supply inventory we've seen in the last year
– Inventory is up from previous months, but more houses are selling so the inventory is being turned over faster

• List-to-Sale Price Ratio: ~98.0%
– With the exception of a peak in February of this year, this metric has been pretty steady for about 6 months

📉 Interest Rate Context – Then vs Now National-
• Mortgage rates started April at 6.46% for a 30-year fixed mortgage and by the end of the month were down to 6.3%

I’m proud to serve as a board member for Operation Juliet, an organization dedicated to supporting and empowering women veterans—especially those who have experienced trauma—by providing resources, connection, and a path forward. Operation Juliet is a fairly new non-profit organization and in high demand—they are making big moves. There is really nothing else like it.
This mission matters deeply to me. We have a board goal of $10,000 in the next 24 hours. Because reality is, women have played a significant and often under-recognized role in our military:

• 330,000+ women have served in Iraq or Afghanistan
• 10,000+ have received combat action recognition
• 1,100+ were wounded in action
• 650+ have been awarded the Purple Heart
