Ashley and Annie Maude had the pleasure of presenting Katie Morris and Amy Elmore with a $250 sponsorship check for the WBHS Spirit Team's Dream Big 5K and Fun Run, happening Saturday, August 29th at 10am at Tannehill State Park.

The race supports the Spirit Team's trip to Nationals at Walt Disney World. Katie is a Majorette and the sister of Will Morris, part-time teller at our Vance branch, while Amy serves as the Majorette and Color Guard Sponsor.

We love getting to cheer on our West Blocton students in more ways than one.

Supporting our local teams has always been very important to us. We're proud to step up as the Title Sponsor for the West Blocton High School Tigers Baseball Golf Tournament, benefiting the Tigers Baseball program.

Annie Maude and Ashley presented Coach Stephen Clements and team member Brittan Lenseigne with our $600 sponsorship check, and we'll have a 3 man team on the course representing FFB, made up of Will Morris (Vance Branch), along with his friends Hunter McRee and Scotty Calhoun.

There is a wall on the Centreville Town Square that has been telling a story since the 1940s, and recently that story got a fresh coat of care. Tuscaloosa Coca Cola and Centreville Main Street brought that old Coca Cola mural back to life, right down to the details.

Bret Riddle and Jo Ann Toby from our Centreville Branch, were right there to see it unveiled alongside neighbors and friends. Everyone who came out left with a little piece of it too, a commemorative Centreville Coca Cola bottle made just for the day.

Moments like this stick with us. A downtown that remembers where it came from is a downtown worth investing in, and Centreville has always known how to do that well.

In 1937, a dollar could buy you ten gallons of gas or about eleven loaves of bread. We were just getting started in Bessemer that same year, and we have been helping this community make the most of every dollar ever since.
