To all the realtors, lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and investors (that’s a low key cold bar btw), people in the market for themselves, or industry professionals hustling out there ***PLEASE READ BELOW***

CONTACT me if the area is in a flood zone/unsure of costs, tight DTI’s - Basically EVERYTHING…today I spoke with my LO about a Realtor showing a home in which the clients loved it after showing 17 previous homes! (think about the time and investment on both sides) they fell in love with a house only to find out at the end of the deal that flood insurance was 6k a year!!! Deal didn’t close 🤷‍♂️ After explaining what I do, that realtor is now my new business partner and is introducing their clients upfront to avoid this ever repeating itself.

I pull flood zone certifications for my partners right as a house of interest pops up and I provide the accurate price quote with 7 flood carriers and 30 Home carriers, so no time is wasted. Time is money and everyone wins when the client is happy and gets their dream home/investment property. We don’t excuse problems, we provide solutions.
