Learn about negative terms in your policy. If your agent 'saved' you money on your premium, you may be at risk. What provisions did they add to 'save' you money? How will that affect your coverage if you have a claim? If you have a policy from a popular company that advertises on tv, you are at an even higher risk. Most homeowners have unfair provisions in their insurance policy and won't find out until they have a claim and it is too late and they suffer financially. This can be avoided. We are insurance coverage experts, we don't sell insurance. This is our advocacy.
