From a single branch in Bedford, Texas 29 years ago to serving communities nationwide. Today we celebrate just one of the many milestones in Fairway’s story.

What started in September 1996 as one branch with a vision to put people first has grown into thousands of teammates united by the same mission: serving others through homeownership, kindness, and heart.

The foundation laid in Bedford was never just about mortgages, it was about building trust, creating opportunity, and changing lives. Nearly three decades later, that spirit is still alive in every branch, every teammate, and every family we serve.
