Congrats to my borrowers for getting their home refinanced!

With the high interest rates on their HELOC, it made better sense to refinance their home since their HELOC payment was too much. They also were able to pull some cash out for additional real estate investments.

In the game of real estate, it’s all about leveraging and utilizing the equity in your home to buy more cash flowing properties.

They originally had gone with another lender, but the lender wasn’t able to do it because they didn’t have a visa. I was able to get it done using a EAD card.

Can’t wait to help them get the keys to their new home!
