Jordan here, your local real estate broker to Valencia county and surrounding areas.

Today is the start of a few changes in the real estate world.

1. You as a buyer will now be required to sign in to a written agreement to enter into a home

2. Sellers are no longer allowed to offer buyer broker compensation in the MLS

While change can seem scary, this is the time where it really matters who is representing you.
Do your research before signing any written agreement and make sure you understand the depth of the BBA. (Buyer Broker Agreement)

As always, I’m here to guide you and make the transaction as smooth as possible so keep me in mind when you are making this life changing decisions to buy or sell your home.
