Going on 8 years in this industry and this is by far the nicest review I have ever received. I hate losing opportunities, but my goal is TRULY HELPING PEOPLE, not figuring out how I can steer a situation so I get paid. My dad had a saying growing up, which he said so much it became annoying: "It's never wrong to do what's right..." So, I may not have won this client now, but I have a pretty good idea of who he will call next time he needs advice, or his friend asks him for a recommendation... Stay Blessed! 😎

One thing I see every year… people assume these are covered on their homeowners policy. Many times they’re not or the coverage is very limited.

Before the season kicks off, make sure your toys are protected.

One of the unique aspects of being an independent insurance agent is balancing two important relationships.

On one side, we work closely with clients to understand their risks and protect what they’ve built. On the other, we work with carrier partners and underwriters to properly present opportunities and structure accounts the right way.

It’s always rewarding to hear positive feedback from clients. But receiving words like this from a senior underwriter means a lot as well.

This was in regards to a commercial account that, on the surface, was outside of the companies guidelines. After a conversation with both the client and underwriter we came to terms best for everyone. RELATIONSHIPS MATTER! If it were not for this conversation, this commmercial clients next best option was $10,000 more per year.

Professional partnerships between agents and underwriters make better outcomes for everyone involved. And as we head into a world where underwriting decisions are made more and more based on “what the system pulls” the relationships matter that much more! The clients should always have a voice, and it’s our #1 job as an agents to give them that voice and to fight for what’s best for them.

Grateful for the trust and looking forward to many more opportunities ahead.

It was an honor to be a part of the soft opening of Club 27 Indoor Golf. Seeing this project go from a bare office space to a fully functional business in less than six months was pretty cool.

Projects like this often require different types of coverage, from a Builder’s Risk policy during renovations to a Business Owners policy that covers liability and property needs.

As an agent, it’s genuinely rewarding to work with business owners who truly care about the coverage they carry and take the time to do things the right way as their business grows.

Bayle & Associates Insurance Company, located in Beavercreek, Ohio, was founded in September 2021 by owner and agent Kyle Bayle. Now entering his fifth year as an independent insurance agent, Kyle has successfully managed the agency as a one-man operation since day one.
