After nearly 50 years in banking, Louis Prichard will retire from his leadership role as Central and Eastern Kentucky Market President at the end of 2026. Throughout his career, Louis has built lasting relationships, supported local businesses and strengthened communities across the region. While he will step down from his leadership role at year-end, Louis will continue serving as an advisor through April 2027.

At the same time, we’re pleased to announce that Benjamin Caudill, Division Manager of Business Banking, has been named Central and Eastern Kentucky Market President, effective January 1, 2027. A fourth-generation banker and Morehead native, Ben brings 27 years of banking experience, deep roots in the region and a long history of community involvement. In his new role, he will build on the strong foundation Louis helped establish while continuing our commitment to exceptional client service and community engagement.

Please join us in thanking Louis for his many years of dedicated leadership and congratulating Ben on this well-deserved promotion as he prepares to lead the market into its next chapter!
