It has been a busy year and it's time to start filling the resolution of posting here more often.

2016 was a year of growth and adaptation for us to keep up with the growth:
- January: 8 units under management (6 residential/2 commercial)
- April: RENewell became a formal partnership co-owned by Kelcy, Caleb and Locke
- June: 25 units under management (19 residential/6 commercial
- October, Caleb started as a full time employee
- December: 28 units under management (22 residential/6 commercial)

2017 looks to be just as exciting. We will be posting an update in the next few days.

We decided to spend the hottest day of the year today cleaning up a property's back lot in preparation for a new tenant. It was a lot of work, but sometime part of the reward is simply seeing the effect of the work.
