The Venture Capital Investment Competition 2017 (November, the 18th) administered by the JHPEVC Club at the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School turned out to be an inspiring and engaging event for all participants alike. The flagship event witnessed participation from 8 student teams, 5 emerging startups and 7 VC / Angel investors. The competition enabled students to emulate real-world general partners (GPs) of a VC fund by evaluating deals and allocating a $100 M. worth of equity investment.
