🚨The State of Black Business
The Greater Baltimore Black Chamber of Commerce proudly presents our Political Forum:
The State of Black Business a high-impact civic and economic forum designed to engage, inform, and empower Baltimore’s Black business community.
This forum will feature candidates from the 40th and 45th Legislative Districts, offering chamber members, entrepreneurs, and community stakeholders a rare opportunity to hear directly from those seeking to shape legislation, policy, and economic priorities across Maryland.
📍 Hosted at the historic Reginald F. Lewis Museum
The conversation will center on the most pressing issues impacting Black entrepreneurship and economic mobility, including Baltimore City procurement access, equitable contracting, small business support, workforce development, and the systemic barriers that continue to limit Black-owned business growth.
Attendees will gain direct insight into each candidate’s plans, commitments, and strategies for strengthening Baltimore’s Black business ecosystem.
This is more than a discussion it is a platform for accountability and action. Our voices matter, and this forum ensures they help drive meaningful, measurable change.
