Happy Friday and CONGRATS to Crystal, just 22 years old, who purchased her first home this week in Baltimore! 🏡🎉

Not only is she now a happy homeowner, but she also bought a two-unit property that will generate rental income while she lives there — an incredible way to start building wealth early.

Better still, we were able to combine two different down payment and closing cost assistance programs, allowing Crystal to come to the closing table with $0 out of pocket. 💰

Thank you to for the opportunity to help with this transaction and excellent work on the real estate side, and shout out to my colleague for the tip on the second assistance program we added midway. This is what teamwork looks like.
