On Sept. 6th my oncologist asks my what I wanted to do in terms of my treatment plan.

I told him as long as my upcoming PET scan supported the decision, I would like to stop doing chemo. and switch to radiation.

So we decided to have my intake with a radiologist prior to the PET results to keep the ball rolling.

Fast forward the MD walks in and introduces himself “Hi Jason, I’m Dr. Kandula. Your scan looks great, you’re cancer free” I was f@cking floored. What a great way to start the week on a Monday @ 8:30am.

I want to give a huge thank you to anyone and everyone who has ever thought of me, said a prayer for me, wished me well, etc. etc. etc. This didn’t happened by accident and I am so grateful for everyone who helped lift me through this moment in my life. I love you all more than I can put into words.
